Inbox
 
  The Inbox is the default message folder where all new messages are stored. The first glance will show you how many messages you have in your Inbox and how many of them are new (not yet read by you).

In the top right hand corner you will be shown how much space you have used up of your allotted total. It will be in percentage format ie. X percent of your Y MB Limit.

Your email messages are displayed one below the other in chronological order, with the latest messages first. Each mail shows whether the message is new (indicated by ">"), who sent it, the date on which it was sent, the subject and the size of the message.

To read your email:
Click on the sender's name to read that particular message.

To delete messages from the Inbox:
Select the messages you would like to delete by clicking in the box next to the messages.
Click on 'Delete checked messages' (either at the top or bottom of the page).
The selected messages will be deleted. (They are temporarily moved to the Trash folder from where they are permanently deleted when you click on the 'Empty Trash' option under 'Folders').


To delete all the displayed messages from the Inbox:
Click in the 'Select all messages' link. All your messages will get selected.
Click on 'Delete checked messages' (either at the top or bottom of the page).
All the displayed messages will be deleted. (They are temporarily moved to the Trash folder from where they are permanently deleted when you click on the 'Empty Trash' option under 'Folders').


To move messages to another folder:
Select the messages you would like to move to another folder by clicking in the box next to the messages.
From the list of folders, choose the folder you'd like to move the messages to.
Click the 'Move' button to move the selected messages to the chosen folder.


To move all messages to another folder:
Click the 'Select all messages' link. All messages will be selected.
From the list of folders, choose the folder you'd like to move the messages to.
Click on the 'Move' button to move all the messages to the chosen folder.


To block email addresses:
Select the messages you would like to block by clicking in the box next to the messages.
Then click on the 'Block checked messages' link. All the selected email addresses will be added to your blocked addresses list.


To block all email addresses:
Click the 'Select all messages' link. All messages will be selected.
Then click on the 'Block checked messages' link. All the email addresses will be added to your blocked addresses list.

To read an email message in another folder:
Click on 'Folders' in the panel on the left of the page. You will be shown the list of folders you have created in your Account.
Click on the folder you whose mail you want to read.
You will be shown the contents of that folder.


To go back to your Inbox:
Clicking 'Inbox' in the panel on the left of the page will take you back to your Inbox.
